500g chicken mince
1 large red salad onion
1 medium yellow pepper and its pips
1 tsp fresh garlic
70g wilted baby spinach
1 tsp dried parsley
5 finely chopped whole peppadews
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Soya sauce - Tamari sauce
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Salt
2g Ground black pepper
1 large egg

Voorbereiding:
Pre heat oven to 200’C
Make use of a large mixing bowl.
Chop the red salad onion into small pieces
Chop the pepper into small pieces and keep the pips.
Add the Onion, pepper and pips to the chicken mince.
Add the freshly minced garlic, parsley, onion powder, soya sauce, honey, salt, ground black pepper, chopped wilted spinach and chopped peppadews
Mix well.
Whisk the egg separately and add to the mince. Mix well.
Prepare a bread pan with baking paper
Transfer chicken mix to breadpan
Distribute evenly
Drizzle with olive oil and honey
Garnish with sesame seeds and finish off with a sprinkle of almond frour
Place in the oven for 40min
