For the wrapped cheese:
4 squares phyllo
4 pieces prosciutto ham
4tbls caramelized onion
4tsp cranberry jelly
1 round tomino cheese (Italian camembert)
For Broccoli ragù
1pkt tender stem broccoli ( chopped fine)
1tsp ginger
1tsp garlic
½ red onion chopped
½ cup dried cranberry
½ cup white wine

Voorbereiding:
To make the wrapped cheese:
Slice the cheese into 4 slices
On each square of phyllo add a slice of prosciutto, caramelized onion , cranberry jelly
Add cheese and brush squares with Bwell Lemon oil Wrap into pocket , brush outside with Bwell lemon oil
To make the Broccoli ragù:
Bake in 200 C oven for 8 minTo make Sauté Onion, garlic & ginger till soft, add Broccoli, cranberry and white wine. Cook till soft and all the wine evaporated.
To dish up:
Spread some cranberry gel on a plate, Place tomino onto the gel, scoop a table spoon Ragu on *For fancy dinner party - Garnish with crispy broccoli leaf and onion dust
