2 x 400g Ribeye
50ml B-Well extra virgin olive oil.
Maldon salt to taste.
3 Baby rainbow radishes halved
3 Baby rainbow carrots halved
1 Baby turnip halves
2 Baby leeks
30g Butter
1 Garlic clove
Handful of fresh thyme
Metode:
- Heat pan on high.
- Rub meat with B-Well Olive oil and sear in hot pan until golden brown on one side, then turn.
- Now add the vegetables and cook for about two minutes.
- Add in crushed garlic clove, butter, thyme and baste with butter.
- Remove steak to rest and plate with vegetables.
- Season with salt.
