300g cleaned Calamari

tubes and heads

1 full Chorizo sausage

(spicy) normally around 190g

Salt

Black pepper

50ml B-well olive oil

1 Hot chili, chopped

fine in olive oil

2 Cloves of garlic

smashed and diced

Two chipped large potatoes

Metode:


The order of the dish is very important to prevent the garlic from going bitter or

anything overcooking.

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan on a high heat.
  • Slice the Chorizo into thin disc shaped slices, about 3mm thick.
  • Fry them in the olive oil until lightly gold.
  • Add the garlic and chili and throw in the calamari carefully – as the oil is hot.
  • Allow the tubes to puff up (around 2 minutes).
  • Season to taste, and it is ready to serve with crispy chips made by frying thin french fries of

potato in shallow oil.  

Absolutely delicious and a very wholesome and tasty meal
