Ingredients for dough:

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (300 gr), plus more for dusting, if needed

1/4 Tsp salt

2/3 cup boiling hot water

1/3 cup cold water 

 Ingredients for filling: 

8 Baby potatoes

1 cup corn kernels

(fresh or canned)

2 Tbs cream cheese

1 Tbs butter

1 Tbs B-well Mayonnaise 

1 Tbs finely chopped chives

1/4 Cup basil leaves, finely chopped


Method to make dough:

  • In a bowl mix salt & flour.
  • Add boiling water and mix till incorporated.
  • Add ice water and mix to form a dough.
  • Knead for at least 15 min until dough is soft and smooth.

Method to make potstickers: 

  • Boil potatoes and corn together util soft.
  • Strain the potatoes, add all the other ingredients and mix together until fully incorporated.
  • Roll out some of the dough and cut into rounds with cookie cutter, place a bit of the filling mixture in the center of the dough, fold in the dumplings, and steam for 8 min.
  • Heat a non-stick pan, add some B-well chili oil, fry one side of the dumpling until crispy, and serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
