Bestanddele:
For sauce
2 tbls B well olive oil
½ onion chopped
1 carrot chopped
1 celery stick chopped
2tbls sundried tomato
1 can tin tomato
2tble fresh tomato chopped
1 Padano rind
1tsp fennel seeds
1tsp coriander seeds
Fry all ingredients together except Tomatoes & rind , cook until soft, Add tomato and rind Cook low and slow for 2 hours
For meat balls
500g beef mince
200g pork belly (hand diced)
1 hardboiled egg
1 cup bread crumbs (chopped with herbs of your choice)
Sea salt
Fresh black pepper

Voorbereiding:
Mix together all ingredients, Shape into meatballs, rest in the fridge for at least 30min, Fry meatballs In Bwell olive oil till browned, Add the Tomato sauce you made and cook for further 10 min, Cook Spaghetti and add to the meat balls & sauce
Bedien met:
Dish up and grate Padano cheese over and sprinkle with some bread crumbs
