Bestanddele:
1kg Butternut cubes steamed for 5min
1/2 Tsp oryx Salt
1 Tsp Caramel essence
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1-2 Tbsp Raw honey
For the sauce:
70g Almond butter
1 Tsp Cinnamon
50ml Unsweetened almond milk
3 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Caramel essence
20g Almond flour
30g Almond sprinkles
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon

Voorbereiding:
Pre heat oven to 200’C
Soak sosatie sticks in water for at least 15min. Steam the butternut, for 5 min in the microwave, cut one corner of the packet open. Thread sosaties, drizzle with olive oil, salt, caramel essence, raw honey and cinnamon. Bake for 10min – in the meantime mix the sauce. Remove sosaties from the oven after 10min. Baste and garnish with almond flour, almond sprinkles and cinnamon. Set oven to 220’C, bake for another 15min till golden brown and crispy
