4 carrots
1 onion
1 garlic clove
2 tbls marsala
1 tbls curry marsala
1 tbls B-Well garlic oil
200 g springbok loin
4 rainbow baby carrots
Metode:
For carrot puree:
- Pour B-Well garlic oil into pan, add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
- Add marsala’s and carrots, cook till soft.
- Blend until smooth.
To cook springbok:
- Pour B-Well olive oil into a hot pan, place springbok in the pan, add baby carrots and cook until the springbok is medium rare.
To plate:
- Place some puree on the plate, cut springbok into slices, place on the plate.
- Add baby carrots and garnish.
