Bestanddele:

1 cup Polenta

1 cup All purpose flour

½ Tsp Salt

6 Vienna’s

2 Tsp Baking powder

¼ cup Sugar

½ Tsp Cayenne Pepper

6 Wooden skewers

600ml B-well

Fry Well oil

1 cup Milk1 large Eggs

Metode:


  • Pepper, sugar and baking powder.
  • Stir in eggs and milk.
  • Pre-heat B-well Fry Well oil in a deep saucepan over medium heat.
  • Insert wooden skewers into Vienna’s, Roll Vienna’s in batter until well coated.
  • Fry 2 or 3 corn dogs at a time until lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
  • Drain on paper towels.
