Bestanddele:
500g steamed and mashed sweet potato or
butternut
300g almond flour
50g tahini
2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 tsp cinnamon
4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
3 tbsp raw honey
3 large eggs
B-well Canola Baking Spray
Garnish with sesame seeds and a drizzle of
honey and cinnamon
Metode:
- Pre heat oven to 200˚C.
- Prepare your preferred baking dish with B-well Canola Baking spray.
- Add all of the ingredients to the sweet potato or butternut except for the eggs and mix well.
- Beat the 3 eggs in a separate bowl until fluffy.
- Add to the mix and beat again for about 60 seconds.
- Pour into baking dish.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, cinnamon and a drizzle of honey
- Bake for 40min and allow to cool off before serving.
- Serve warm or cold
