Bestanddele:
1 tin of whole peeled or chopped tomatoes
50ml of B-well Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Half a cup of dry white wine
2 cloves of garlic smashed
100g of deshelled and veined prawns
100-150g of baby clams
100-150g of mussels de-bearded
100g of cleaned and sliced Calamari rings
Three or four basil leaves
Metode:
- In a medium sized pot, fry the garlic in the hot B-well Olive oil until just gold.
- Add all the fish ingredients at once and allow the fish to steam/fry for two minutes.
- Add the white wine and reduce slightly.
- Add the tomatoes and the fresh herbs and cook for three minutes.
- Season to taste. The sauce is ready to serve.
