Bestanddele:

1 tin of whole peeled or chopped tomatoes

50ml of B-well Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Half a cup of dry white wine

2 cloves of garlic smashed

100g of deshelled and veined prawns

100-150g of baby clams

100-150g of mussels de-bearded

100g of cleaned and sliced Calamari rings

Three or four basil leaves

Metode: 


  • In a medium sized pot, fry the garlic in the hot B-well Olive oil until just gold.
  • Add all the fish ingredients at once and allow the fish to steam/fry for two minutes.
  • Add the white wine and reduce slightly.
  • Add the tomatoes and the fresh herbs and cook for three minutes. 
  • Season to taste. The sauce is ready to serve.
