Bestanddele:

250ml Cake flour.

1.25ml  Salt1.

25ml Baking Powder.

310ml (120g) Cheddar cheese, grated.

125ml (120g) Butter, room temperature.

Voorbereiding:


Pre heat the oven to 200˚C.

Spray 2 muffin pans with B-well spray and cook.

Add flour, salt and baking powder into a mixer.

Add cheese and butter and mix until a manageable dough. 

Form small balls of 7.5ml each.   

Place in the holes of the muffin pans. 

In the centre of the ball make a hole in the dough with a 2.5ml measuring spoon. 

Add apricot jam in the centre of each hole.  

Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown and cooked.    

Let cool down
